1. General Information
For business relationships between Britax Römer Kindersicherheit GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Britax") and the user (hereinafter referred to as "customer"), the following terms and conditions apply exclusively in the current version at the time of order.
2. Parties to the Contract, Customer Service
Your contractual partner for all orders within the scope of this online offer is Britax Römer Kindersicherheit GmbH. Detailed information about us you can find in the imprint. You can reach the customer service by telephone +49 89 9542843 50 or e-mail email@example.com.
We only sell goods to customers who are at least 18 years old.
3. Conclusion of the Contract
The offers on the internet site represent a non-binding invitation for the customers to place an order with Britax. By clicking the “Buy” button, customers agree to buy the goods in the cart, and this order is legally binding. The customer receives an order confirmation and acceptance via email immediately after the order is transmitted. But Britax reserves the right to limit the method of payment chosen by the customer depending on order value, shipment region or other objective criteria.
4. Prices, Shipping, Tax
All prices are end prices, they contain statutory German VAT plus EUR 23.90 shipping costs for delivery within the EU. We do not charge shipping costs on orders within EU over EUR 150. Customers outside EU are responsible for any customs clearance and local taxation in their country.
Payment will be carried out according to the customer´s choice of either prepayment, credit card, PayPal or money transfer.
Within the order confirmation you receive the detailed account data. We will ship the moment your money has been credited on our account.
- Credit Card
The credit card will be debited, once you place your order.
At PayPal, you only need to enter your account details once during your initial registration, and then it is a matter of a few simple clicks. Your bank or credit card information is safe and will not even be passed on to us. If you pay using PayPal, we can immediately begin with the processing of your order. SOFORT Banking is an easy to use direct credit transfer system based on the high security standards of online banking. It is the direct payment method of SOFORT AG. SOFORT Banking allows you to directly and automatically trigger a credit transfer during your online purchase with your online banking information. A transfer order is instantly confirmed to the merchant allowing an instant delivery of goods.
You are linked directly to your bank, where you receive transfer forms that are already filled out, in which you only need to enter your personal data, PIN and TAN when the payment process is completed. 6. Retention of Ownership
Seed retains ownership of the goods delivered until complete payment has been received.
7. Damages in Transit
In case packaging and/or products are delivered to you which are obviously damaged, please file immediately a complaint at the forwarder directly and get in touch with us right afterwards. Failure to file a complaint or to contact us does not have any influence on your legal warranty claim. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims towards the forwarder, in fact transport insurance.
8. Returns policy
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods purchased you may return them to Britax within 14 days from receipt of the goods. You will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation (please note if you are returning as a change of mind we will only refund the cost of the product/s and not the postage fee). It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. We will not accept return of any products, which might have been made to the customer's personal specifications.
When returning goods, please enclose a paper, detailing your name, full address, order number and reason for return. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. Unless the goods are defective, damaged upon your receipt of them or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for and will carry the cost of returning goods to the Seed Europe GmbH.

9. Guarantee, warranty
Guarantee claims against Britax are only effective if they are agreed between Britax and the relevant end user in writing and individually. Warranty claims against Britax above and beyond the legal regulations are only effective if they are agreed between Britax and the relevant end user in writing and individually. Guarantee and/or warranty claims above and beyond the statutory warranty rights and are agreed between third parties and the end user do not affect the contractual relationship between Britax and the end user.
10. Storage of Contract text
We will save the contract and send an e-mail including your order details to you.
11. Other provisions
German law applies exclusively. As far as the client is a consumer according to § 13 of the German Civil Code and is generally not resident in Germany, the mandatory regulations of this country remain unaffected.
